once again, I'm just trying to summarize here :) After a very snow, icey and cold thursday morning in detroit i thought i should not take the ~5 hour drive to toronto. after the weather cleared during the day i decided to give it a try and jumped into the charger around 3pm. 4h and 45 minutes later i found myself in downtown toronto and thanks to my nice navigation system "romy" close to stasi's place @ lisgar and queens street. we had great steaks and ribs at the keg mansion. all that driving and the good food kept us in the house, although i thought we were ready to go somewhere - stasi what happened ;-)
friday was the day of stasi's "big" move from the house to her cool little apartment called "yello". defining "big" means 2 complete loads of dodge charger room filled up with boxes and sacks of clothes. very cool i must say: the charger's new middle name is "the transporter" from today on... friday was also the day we had good food in a place on queens street, we went to spin gallery for some electronic sound (which did not rock anybody)... and the night stasi left little 303 all by himself in this big, big city ;)
slept away most of saturday - went for breakfast with stasi at lakeview lunch on dundas (wtf was the waitress thinking?) - later a long shopping walk up queens street towards downtown toronto: great clothing! but pricey too... later saturday nite we were ready to go to gypsy co-op on queens street where a band played and dj barbi rocked the crowd with some nice selected tunes.
sunday: sunshine, breakfast, roadtrip back to detroit. made it to watch the oscars - just in time :)
